Great Mexican food and great service. More Mex than Tex Flautas are the best and salsa actually has heat compared to watered down pace you get at most places

This is one of those old-school Mexican restaurants that I remember as a kid growing up. The menu is straightforward and short. The food is delicious and the prices are very affordable. We had a big bowl of chicken soup and chicken and beef fajitas. The chicken soup has so much chicken in it. It was surprising because many restaurants don't put as much chicken in their soup. The broth was tasty and salted perfectly. The chicken and beef fajitas was delicious, too. I'm not a fajita fan so I can't compare the fajitas here with ones from other restaurants. I was so full after my meal that I thought my belly was going to burst.

Nice Mexican spot downtown if you want to stay away from any of the more popular chains... There's plenty of parking and I felt safe across from the police station. The inside was kind of dark but it seemed clean and it has a strange smell to it we couldn't place? There was loud fiesta music playing and they had TVs on as well which was a bit overwhelming. We had 3 different servers help us which was a little confusing because sadly, they weren't too busy on Saturday night. Things moved quickly and the food was pretty great! The house salsa came out warm and had a nice kick to it. Both our meals were great, you got plenty of food and it is super affordable. If I'm back in the area and wanting Mexican food, I would go again for sure!
